23 de Febrero de 2026In an interview conducted by the SPRI Group of the Basque Government, the Gipuzkoa-based startup Amebi presents the evolution of its digital decision-making system, Axon, with the launch of version 2.0. This platform enables industrial companies to anticipate scenarios, optimize production in real time, and automate key decisions.
Amebi’s approach goes beyond traditional digitalization by introducing the ability to simulate the impact of different alternatives before execution. According to CEO Raúl García, the real competitive edge no longer lies in having data, but in having a digital model capable of anticipating outcomes and enabling faster, lower-risk decision-making.
Axon integrates automated planning, real-time prioritization of operations, conflict detection, and live KPIs, reducing reliance on traditional tools such as spreadsheets. Among the main improvements in Axon 2.0 are faster implementation, results visible from the first month, and a return on investment typically achieved in under four months. It also includes simulation tools for management teams, allowing them to assess strategic decisions—such as changes in sales, inventory, or capacity—before execution.
In recent years, Amebi has experienced strong growth, expanding beyond Gipuzkoa to the rest of the Basque Country and Galicia, working with companies in sectors such as metal, electronics, labeling, and electrical components. Its client portfolio includes both SMEs and large corporations, including ABB.
Looking ahead, Amebi aims to position itself as a leading player in Spain in transforming factories into autonomous, data-driven decision environments, with future expansion plans in Europe and Latin America.
