GREEMKO WINS BEST GOVTECH PROJECT AWARD AT CNIS 2026 FOR ITS INITIATIVE WITH RENFE

Greemko, a UPTEK member company, has been recognised at the CNIS 2026 Awards with the Best GovTech Project prize for the initiative “Renfe certifies its footprint”, developed together with Renfe and TrenLab.

The project connects operations and consumption data from multiple systems and transforms it into a traceable, updatable and certifiable emissions inventory. In this way, the solution goes beyond the preparation of a one-off report and becomes a continuous management tool for monitoring and verifying environmental footprint.

This recognition highlights the rigorous approach applied from the outset of the project, as well as Greemko’s ability to turn a complex challenge into an operational, demonstrable solution with proven results. The CNIS Awards specifically recognise innovative public-sector initiatives that have already been implemented and are generating real impact.
