CYBERTIX NOW INTEGRATES ZEROLYNX AND CONSOLIDATES ITS POSITION AS THE LEADING AUTOMATED CYBERSECURITY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SMES

05 May, 2025
Cybertix Simulation Technologies, a Basque company specializing in cybersecurity, has integrated Zerolynx, a Madrid-based company specializing in digital protection through its expert cybersecurity consulting services. The aim of the operation is to establish them as the leading provider of cybersecurity services and solutions for SMEs, while strengthening their AI-based cyberdefense solution, which automates and democratizes cybersecurity in an efficient and competitive way.

The agreement also reinforces the trust that senior executives at large companies have in Cybertix and expands its national and international reach. RootedCON 2025, Spain’s largest cybersecurity conference, which will take place this week in Madrid (March 6–8), will be the first event where both companies will make their joint debut.

The addition of Zerolynx marks a new milestone in the growth and expansion strategy of the San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa)-based firm. “This acquisition will reinforce key areas where Cybertix is consolidating its market: simplification, automation of knowledge and services, and continuous improvement in attack simulation, incident detection and prevention,” emphasized Xabier Mitxelena, Executive Chairman of Cybertix.

“This quantitative and qualitative leap will bring the company to over 60 digital protection experts and bolster our Training & Awareness, All-in-One Services, and Industrial Cybersecurity divisions, with activities in Cyber Intelligence, Red Teaming, Threat Hunting, Advanced Attack Simulation, GRC, and Forensics,” added Lorenzo Díaz de Apodaca, CEO of Cybertix.

This vision is shared by Juan Antonio Calles, CEO of Zerolynx, who explained that both companies’ projects are 100% compatible and complementary, without interfering with the services they currently offer separately. “We want to expand our horizons, bringing cybersecurity to new market segments we hadn’t reached before, while maintaining our values and that unique character that has always defined Zerolynx as a project with a different soul,” Calles stated.

In this regard, the rise of Artificial Intelligence in the field of cybersecurity has contributed to generating this synergy for joint business growth. As of now, this alliance — officially ratified following the signing on Friday, February 28 — takes on greater meaning and prominence, improving the protection of the business ecosystem, especially SMEs, by detecting threats more efficiently, automating routine tasks, and preventing and responding to all types of cyber threats.

Likewise, this alliance creates a stronger entity, capable of offering better support, seizing new opportunities, and facing the challenges of the digital environment more effectively. “Zerolynx is not the first addition, nor will it be the last, as the Cybertix concept aims to be a coalition — a company of companies — that brings together businesses and projects under one umbrella to contribute to the planned course,” Calles concluded.
